Pigs in a Blanket

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375ยบ. On a lightly floured surface, unroll crescent sheets and tear where perforated. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles.
  2. Step 2: Place 1 cocktail weiner on thick side of each triangle, then gently roll to thinner side.
  3. Step 3: Transfer to a medium baking sheet. Bush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Step 4: Bake pigs in a blanket until golden, 12 to 15 minutes.

Mini taco bites

Ingredients

  • 1 16-ounce can refried beans, prepared
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 cups shredded taco blend cheese
  • Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with tomatoes and onions. When the beef is cooked through, add the taco seasoning and water. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce has thickened,
    around 5 minutes. Spread a small amount of refried beans over the bottom of each chip. Top with a spoonful of ground beef and a small amount of cheese. Place each filled chip on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

    Chicken Wings

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Dot the foil with the butter, there is no need to melt it ahead of time but you can if you would like.
    3. In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
    4. Coat both sides of each wing fully in the flour mixture and place on the baking sheet. Make sure the butter pieces are evenly spaced out among the wings.
    5. Bake wings for 30 minutes.
    6. Turn wings over and bake for an additional 15 more minutes or until crispy and fully cooked.
    7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
